RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 DAYS from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED and deemed by MAKCAPS® to be UNWASHED before they can be accepted. Incomplete, used, damaged, or sullied returned items will not be accepted. MAKCAPS® reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
- Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from MAKCAPS.COM
- Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
- Custom order items, do-rags, bandanas, hoods are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
- MAKCAPS® is NOT responsible for any return shipping charges resulting from the wrong size ordered. We only provide you a free returned label (Free returns), but we do not take care of a re-shipment cost for your exchange item(s).
To exchange the wrong size ordered, please follow the instructions below.
TO EXCHANGE THE WRONG SIZE ORDERED:
STEP 1 Make sure you meet all return/exchange requirements above.
STEP 2 Pay for re-shipment fees online through our website. This is the cheapest way for reshipment (No surcharge). Go to >> https://makcaps.com/products/return-exchange
***IMPORTANT!*** If you skip step 2, your reshipment fees will be collected on delivery (COD) plus a COD surcharge.
STEP 3 Prepare your shipment for return:
- Place the merchandise you wish to return in a suitable shipping box/bag. You can return items using the same box/bag their came in as long as the box/bag is still in good shape.
- Ensure your merchandise/parcel is securely packed and wrapped.
- Include your completed return/exchange form inside your return packaging.
- MAKCAPS® provided you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please affix the return label to your return parcel. Make sure you remove or cover up the previous delivery address and barcodes before you affix a return label to your parcel. The pre-paid return shipping label is only valid for returns shipped from within Canada. The US CUSTOMERS are responsible for any return and reshipment costs and need to select a carrier of your choice and send any returned items to our returning address describe at the bottom of this page.
STEP 4 Mail/Drop off your return package at the nearest Post Office.
STEP 5 MAKCAPS® will process your re-shipment once we received the return merchandise.
TO RETURN MERCHANDISE AND REQUEST A REFUND:
STEP 1 Make sure you meet all return/exchange requirements above (See in "RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY" section).
STEP 2 Fill out the return/exchange form that we sent along with your parcel.
STEP 3 Prepare your shipment for return:
- Place the merchandise you wish to return in a suitable shipping box/bag. You can return items using the same box/bag their came in as long as the box/bag is still in good shape.
- Ensure your merchandise/parcel is securely packed and wrapped.
- Include your completed return/exchange form inside your return packaging.
- MAKCAPS® provided you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please affix the return label to your return parcel. Make sure you remove or cover up the previous delivery address and barcodes before you affix a return label to your parcel. The pre-paid return shipping label is only valid for returns shipped from within Canada. STEP 5 Once we received the return item(s), a confirmation of your reimbursement will be sent to you by email.
Please note that shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
